Class A-2 Percentage definition

Class A-2 Percentage in relation to a Distribution Date means 100% less the Class A-1 Percentage for the Determination Date immediately preceding that Distribution Date.
Class A-2 Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of 100% and a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A-2 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) immediately prior to such Distribution Date; provided, that if the Certificate Principal Balances of the Class B Certificates and Class R Certificates are reduced to zero, then thereafter the Class A-2 Percentage as of any date of determination shall be 100% minus the then applicable Class A-1 Percentage.
Class A-2 Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of 100% and a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A-2 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) immediately prior to such Distribution Date; provided, that if the Certificate Principal Balances of the Class B-1 Certificates, the Class B-2 Certificates have been reduced to zero prior to such Distribution Date and if the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class R Certificate would be zero immediately after such Distribution Date if determined without regard to this proviso, then the Class A-2 Percentage as of such date of determination shall be 100% minus the then applicable Class A-1 Percentage.
