Claim Package definition

Claim Package means a Program Participant’s request for an award, which includes the requisite documentation, as set forth in Section 3.03, submitted to the Claims Administrator for award consideration under the Program.

Claim Package means the documentation and information that Section 7.2 requires a Settlement Class Member requesting a Compensation Award to submit to the Claims Administrator. A Claim Package can be submitted as either an Accelerated Payment Claim Package or a Claims Program Claim Package.

Claim Package means the Claim Form and other documentation, as set forth in Section 8.2(a).

Examples of Claim Package in a sentence

• The issuance of an Initial Claim Package pursuant to this protocol shall not be determinative of the eligibility of the claimant to receive compensation.

• Each Program Participant further represents and warrants that she has the sole right and exclusive authority to enter into this Agreement and to submit a Claim Package under it; that neither her Claim nor any of the claims, demands or obligations referred to in this Agreement have been sold, assigned, subrogated, transferred, or otherwise disposed of by her; and that she is the sole Person who may have a potential cause of action against Defendants relative to her Claim.

• The Claimant must set out the steps taken to complete the Initial Claim Package, the reason why the Initial Claim Package has not been completed to date and what new steps the Claimant proposes to take to complete the Initial Claim Package.

• The Claims Administrator will select such Claim Packages and Derivative Claim Packages for auditing on a random basis or to address a specific concern raised by a Claim Package or Derivative Claim Package, but will audit at least one Claim Package, if any qualify, each month.

More Definitions of Claim Package

Claim Package means a Program Participant’s request for compensation under the Program, which includes the required Supporting Documentation set forth in Section 3.02.

Claim Package means the Claim Form and other documentation, as set forth inSection 8.2(a).

Claim Package means, with respect to each ITT ESI Risk Loan (if any) in a Loan Pool: (a) Loan-level information, including, without limitation, both a servicing and a payment transaction history, for that ITT ESI Risk Loan; and (b) an invoice summarizing the Loan-level remittance data for such ITT ESI Risk Loan, including loan number, name, social security number, disbursement date, outstanding loan amount, outstanding accrued interest, interest rate, aggregate monthly payment(s) amount past due, and, if requested by ITT ESI, the ten (10) day pay-off amount for such ITT ESI Risk Loan.

Claim Package means the information, documents and materials, including the Claim Form, that a Settlement Class Member must submit under the Claims Program to process the Settlement Class Member’s Claim, the contents of which will substantially conform to section 9.5.

Claim Package means a package provided by the Claims Administrator, to be submitted by a Claimant pursuant to the Claims Administration Procedure.

Claim Package means the Class Notice and Claim Form.

Claim Package means the Notice of Intent to Opt-In Form, the Release and the Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice (the latter of which is applicable only to filed claims.)
