Claim Date definition

Claim Date means the first date set out in the relevant Firm Scheme Details on which the Grant Recipient is entitled to submit a claim for the relevant First Tranche pursuant to Clause 14 (Grant Claim Procedures);
Claim Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.5(b).
Claim Date has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a)(i).

Claim Date means the date of a claim in an application for a patent in Canada, as deter- mined in accordance with section 28.1;
