Citizen member definition

Citizen member means a member of a township planning commission holding no other township office except that a citizen member may be a member of a township zoning board of adjustment or appeals.

Citizen member means a resident of the Municipalities, and does not include a councillor, or any other person ineligible pursuant to the Act or the regulations passed pursuant to the Act.

Citizen member means, with respect to a member of the Board or a candidate for such membership, an individual who is not a member of Council.
