Landlord will maintain and keep in good repair Landlord’s Electrical Infrastructure, the Substation serving the Premises, the fire suppression systems serving the Premises (excluding the interior of the Powered Shells), the floors and foundation of the Building, the exterior walls and windows of the Building, the roof of the Building and the Powered Shell Air Circulation System (collectively, “Landlord’s Maintenance Obligations”).
If, as a result of such review, the City Engineer determines that such Circulation System Segment is Complete, the City Engineer shall sign a copy of the original Payment Request therefor, indicating thereon that such Circulation System Segment is Complete and that the full amount of the Purchase Price of such Segment is eligible for payment, and forward the same to the City.
