CIC Severance Plan definition

CIC Severance Plan means the Company’s Change in Control Severance Plan, as may be amended from time to time, or any successor plan, program or arrangement thereto.

CIC Severance Plan means the Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc. Fifth Amended and Restated Executive Change in Control and Severance Plan, as the same may be amended from time to time.
