CHW means the same as a “community health worker” in A.R.S. § 36-765.

  • Medical marijuana waste means unused, surplus, returned, or out-of-date usable marijuana; recalled usable marijuana; unused marijuana; or plant debris of the plant of the genus cannabis, including dead plants and all unused plant parts and roots.

  • Medical marijuana means marijuana that is grown, processed, dispensed, tested, possessed, or used for a medical purpose.

  • Medical Marijuana Center means a Person that is licensed pursuant to the Medical Code to operate a business as described in section 12-43.3-402, C.R.S., and that sells Medical Marijuana to registered patients or primary caregivers as defined in Article XVIII, Section 14 of the Colorado Constitution, but is not a primary caregiver.

  • Pet means any domesticated animal normally maintained in or near the household of the owner thereof.

  • Radiopharmaceutical service means, but is not limited to, the procurement, storage, handling preparation, labeling, quality assurance testing, dispensing, delivery, recordkeeping, and disposal of radiopharmaceuticals and other drugs.

  • Medical cannabis means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.

  • Cannabis cultivator means any licensed person or entity that grows, cultivates, or produces cannabis in this State, and sells, and may transport, this cannabis to other cannabis cultivators, or usable cannabis to cannabis manufacturers, cannabis wholesalers, or cannabis retailers, but not to consumers.

  • Encapsulant means a substance that forms a barrier between lead-based paint and the environment using a liquid-applied coating (with or without reinforcement materials) or an adhesively bonded covering material.

  • Radiopharmaceutical means any drug that exhibits spontaneous disintegration of unstable nuclei with the emission of nuclear particles or photons and includes any non-radioactive reagent kit or radionuclide generator that is intended to be used in the preparation of any such substance, but does not include drugs such as carbon-containing compounds or potassium-containing salts that include trace quantities of naturally occurring radionuclides. The term also includes any biological product that is labeled with a radionuclide or intended solely to be labeled with a radionuclide.

  • Medical service means any medical treatment or any medical, surgical, diagnostic, chiropractic, dental, hospital, nursing, ambulances, or other related services; drugs, medicine, crutches, prosthetic appliances, braces, and supports; and where necessary, physical restorative services.

  • Biomedical Waste means biomedical waste as defined in the Ontario Ministry of the Environment Guideline C-4 entitled “The Management of Biomedical Waste in Ontario” dated April 1994, as amended from time to time;

"Legal medical marijuana" refers to the use of marijuana authorized under the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act (OMMA), ORS 475B.400 to ORS 475B.525.

  • Consumer product means a chemically formulated product used by household and institutional consumers including, but not limited to, detergents; cleaning compounds; polishes; floor finishes; cosmetics; personal care products; home, lawn, and garden products; disinfectants; sanitizers; aerosol paints; and automotive specialty products; but does not include other paint products, furniture coatings, or architectural coatings. As used in this article, the term “consumer product” shall also refer to aerosol adhesives, including aerosol adhesives used for consumer, industrial, and commercial uses.

  • Medical Staff means those Physicians who are appointed by the Board and who are granted privileges to practice medicine in the Hospital;

  • Marijuana product means marijuana as defined in 50-32-101 and marijuana-infused products

  • Marijuana producer means a person who produces marijuana in this state.
