Chief Fire Official definition

Chief Fire Official means the Chief of the Fire Department for the City of Vaughan, or a person designated to act on his or her behalf;
Chief Fire Official means the Assistant to the Fire Marshal who is the Municipal Fire Chief or a member or members of the Fire Department appointed by the Municipal Fire Chief under the FPPA or a person appointed by the Fire Marshal under the FPPA;
Chief Fire Official means the assistant to the Fire Marshal who is the Municipal Chief Fire Official or a member or members of the fire department appointed by the Municipal Chief Fire Official under Article 1.1.1.2. of Division C or a person appointed by the Fire Marshal under Article 1.1.1.1. of Division C.

More Definitions of Chief Fire Official

Chief Fire Official means the person appointed by the council to act as the fire chief for the Town as defined in the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997, or a member or members of the Fire Department appointed by the fire chief under Article 1.1.1.2. of Division C or a person appointed by the fire marshal under Article 1.1.1.1. of Division C of the O. Reg. 213/07 - Fire Code, as amended, or his or her designate;
Chief Fire Official means Assistant to the Fire Marshal who is the Municipal Fire Chief or a member or members of the fire department appointed by the Municipal Fire Chief under Subsection 1.1.8. of the Ontario Fire Code, 1997.
Chief Fire Official means the Fire Chief of the Fire and Rescue Services Department or his designate(s);
Chief Fire Official means the Chief Fire Official of the City or their designate.
Chief Fire Official means the Fire Chief of the Corporation as appointed by Council.
Chief Fire Official means the person duly appointed as Chief Fire Official for The Corporation of Norfolk County, or his or her designate.
