Chemist means, except where the context otherwise required—
Chemist means a scientist with the sufficient knowledge and training in medicinal and synthetic organic chemistry, including but not limited to the design and synthesis of chemical entities, and whom possesses unique skills and expertise, to enable timely performance of the obligations as set out in the Research Plan, and with scientific qualifications that meets or exceeds industry standards for a research chemist performing in a drug discovery collaboration between two companies.
