Examples of Charter Price in a sentence
The same shall apply to all payments and expenses not included in the Charter Price.
Accordingly, the Charter Price shall be subject to surcharges imposed by the Carrier for any fuel, insurance or currency variations.
The Charter Price shall be specified in the Charter Contract and shall, unless otherwise stated, include fuel, oil, maintenance, landing, security, per capita head fees, air traffic control, hangarage, parking, ground handling, all license fees, clearance fees, royalties and non-objection fees, baggage screening charges, and the remuneration and expenses of the Carrier’s crew and cabin staff.
The Charter Price shall be based on the costs of aviation fuel and other variables at the date of the Charter Contract.
If no respective aircraft can be found TJS reserves the right to cancel the Charter Agreement and shall be under no liability to the Charterer other than to refund to the Charterer such part of the Charter Price which already received and which relates to the cancelled Flight Schedule (or any part thereof).
