Charging Structure definition

Charging Structure means the structure to be used in the establishment of the charging model which is applicable to each Call Off Agreement, which structure is set out in Framework Schedule 3 (Framework Prices and Charging Structure);

Charging Structure means the structure to be used in the establishment of the charging model which is applicable to each Call Off Agreement, which structure is set out, where applicable to each individual Call-off Contract in Schedule 3Call-off Contract Charges, Payment and Invoicing;
