Examples of Charged Securities in a sentence
Charged Securities will not (unless we agree otherwise) be registered in your name.
We may, in our discretion, permit you to deliver by way of Margin, Charged Securities other than those accepted by the relevant Exchange or Clearing House as Margin.
In normal circumstances, the Bank will only sell, realise, redeem, liquidate or dispose of such quantity of the Charged Securities required to achieve such security requirement.
Nevertheless, the Bank shall have no responsibility, liability or obligation to the Customer if it has sold, realised, redeemed, liquidated or disposed of more quantity of the Charged Securities than is necessary to satisfy such security requirement.
The Bank has the right to sell, realise, redeem, liquidate or dispose of all or any of the Charged Securities and such quantity of the Charged Securities which is more than necessary to reduce the Loan below the Maximum Facility Amount or to maintain the Applicable Margin Call Ratio below the Top-up Percentage.
