Characteristic definition

Characteristic means any of the physical or chemical characteristics of a trade waste referred to in Schedules 2 and 3.
Characteristic means any of the physical or chemical characteristics of wastewater to be discharged to the public sewer.
Characteristic means the same as "feature."
