Chaparral means Chaparral Energy, Inc.
Chaparral has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

New York City time on December 31, 1997 (the "Expiration Date"). The number and character of such shares of Common Stock are subject to adjustment as p voided herein.
