Change Protocol definition

Change Protocol means the protocol for Changes as set out in this Schedule Part 21 (Change Protocol);
Change Protocol any of the change protocols set out in Schedule 24
Change Protocol means the procedure for agreeing and implementing Changes as set out in Schedule 7; Charges means the payment calculated in accordance with Schedule 5;

Examples of Change Protocol in a sentence

  • The provisions of Schedule Part 16 (Change Protocol) shall have effect in respect of Changes except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement.

More Definitions of Change Protocol

Change Protocol means the protocol for Changes set out in Schedule 15 (Change Protocol).
