Challenge Period definition

Challenge Period means the end of the period of 28 days beginning with the first day on which the condition at Clause 4.1.1 has been satisfied;
Challenge Period as defined in the Final DIP Order.
Challenge Period means the three year period commencing February 1, 2005 and ending January 31, 2008.

Challenge Period means the expiry of the later of:
Challenge Period means the earlier of (a) sixty (60) days after the formation of any Committee, but in no event later than seventy-five (75) days after the Petition Date, (b) if no Committee is formed, seventy-five (75) days after the Petition Date and (c) the date of confirmation of a chapter 11 plan.
