By its execution of this Addendum, CFSC ratifies and confirms its guaranty contained in Article IX of the Credit Agreement with respect to the Japan Local Currency Advances made pursuant to this Addendum which Guaranty remains in full force and effect.
Each of CFSC and CIF makes and confirms each representation and warranty applicable to it or any of its Subsidiaries contained in Article IV of the Credit Agreement.
