This agreement is subject to all applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (Public Law 101-336, 42 U.S.C. 12101-12213) and all applicable federal regulations under the Act, including 28 CFF Parts 35 and 36.
The Executive hereby covenants and agrees that he will not, without the prior written consent of CFF, during the term of this Agreement or at any time thereafter, disclose or permit to be disclosed to any third party by any method whatsoever any of the confidential information of CFF, nor shall Executive use such confidential information to the detriment of CFF, the Bank or their successors.
All amounts payable by CFF hereunder shall be paid without notice or demand.
CFF shall pay all administrative fees associated with such arbitration.
Failure of CFF to obtain such agreement prior to the effectiveness of any such succession shall be a breach of this Agreement and shall entitle the Executive to the compensation described in Section 2.
