Certifying entity definition

Certifying entity means an independent certifying organization meeting the agency's requirements for documenting applicant's training in topics set forth in 12VAC5-481-1320 or equivalent state or NRC regulations.

• Each Certification Form (Appendix D-3) shall include a certification by the Certifying Entity that all funds received on account of any Eligible Mitigation Action request that are not used for the Eligible Mitigation Action shall be returned to the Trustee for credit to the allocation of such Certifying Entity.
