Certified appraiser definition

Certified appraiser means a person who holds a valid permit as a certified residential or general appraiser.

Certified appraiser means an appraiser who is certified as a general appraiser or as a residential appraiser under s. 458.06.

Certified appraiser means a person who has satisfied the minimum requirements for a category of certification established by the commission by regulation.
