Certification Process definition

Certification Process means ACO’s process investigating the Certified Party in order to provide the Certified Party with Certification and a Certification Number.
Certification Process means the methods and procedures, established by the Workforce Center, implemented to validate a qualified Wyoming resident applicant laborer is provided with adequate opportunity to be employed on a public works project, and to ensure each Employer has exercised due diligence in hiring Wyoming resident labor prior to the issuance of a Certification Letter authorizing the Employer to hire nonresident labor.
Certification Process means the system followed by an Authorised Inspection and Certification Agency in accordance with the criteria for carrying out certification of conformity;

  • The Monthly Rates for Plan Year 2022 are those rates submitted by Contractor during the Certification Process and subsequently uploaded and validated by Contractor through the SERFF Templates for the 2022 Plan Year.

  • Employees not eligible to participate in the National Board Certification Process (currently including but not limited to school social workers, psychologists, occupational and physical therapists, speech language pathologists, adult education teachers, guidance and family counselors, and health teachers) shall be eligible to participate in an alternative program, the Broward County Recognition Program (BCRP).

  • If the Term of this Agreement is longer than one year and Contractor’s QHPs are certified for another year, the Monthly Rates for each subsequent year of the Agreement will be established no more frequently than annually during the Certification Process and in accordance with the procedures set forth at and Section 4.5.

Certification Process means the process referred to in the Sale and Purchase Agreement by which:
