Certification Marks definition

Certification Marks means any mark, logo, insignia, design or other indicator which ACO may from time to time allow the Certified Party to use in order to indicate Certification. Certificate means the document of Certification of the Certified Party.

Certification Marks means those certification marks described and identified in the attached Exhibit B, and any additional certification marks OCP may adopt in the future. OCP reserves the right to update, replace, supplement, or revise the contents of Exhibit B;

Certification Marks means the Certified Product Statement and Icon published on the Energistics website associated with a particular named set of Energistics Standards. See Schedule A.

Examples of Certification Marks in a sentence

• Licensee acknowledges and agrees that OCP is the sole owner of the Certification Marks and all associated goodwill, and Licensee shall take no action and make no statement inconsistent therewith.

• Xxxxxxxx agrees to immediately notify OCP in writing of any suspected infringement of the Certification Marks in any jurisdiction of which Licensee becomes aware.

• Except for the limited license herein, OCP reserves all right, title and interest in and to the Certification Marks.

• Licensee shall not challenge or contest, or cause any third party to challenge or contest, OCP’s rights in the Certification Marks, the validity of the Certification Marks, or any registrations therefore, or the validity of this Certification Mark License Agreement.

• Licensee agrees to provide OCP, at Licensor’s expense, such reasonable assistance as Licensee may require in OCP’s efforts to register and protect OCP’s rights in the Certification Marks.

More Definitions of Certification Marks

Certification Marks means signs or combination of signs capable of designating any specific characteristic, including quality, origin or methods of production, of goods and services and which are used by other persons under the control of the owner of the mark.

Certification Marks means the certification marks "DARJEELING” (word) under registration No. 831599 and the Darjeeling Logo under Registration No. 532240 depicted in Schedule I hereto ;

Certification Marks means any manner of mxxx that certifies or attests to the origin, material, mode of manufacture, quality, safety or other characteristic owned or controlled by a third party certifying entity, whether or not registered with any Governmental Body.

Certification Marks means mark(s) incorporating “HDR10+” as identified in Exhibit B.

Certification Marks means marks which are described as certification marks at the time of their filing and which are capable of distinguishing the goods or services which are certified by the proprietor of the mark in respect of material, mode of manufacture of goods or provision of the services, quality, accuracy or other characteristics, with the exception of geographical origin, from goods and services which are not so certified.
