Certification Marks definition

Certification Marks means any mark, logo, insignia, design or other indicator which ACO may from time to time allow the Certified Party to use in order to indicate Certification. Certificate means the document of Certification of the Certified Party.
Certification Marks means those certification marks described and identified in the attached Exhibit B, and any additional certification marks OCP may adopt in the future. OCP reserves the right to update, replace, supplement, or revise the contents of Exhibit B;
Certification Marks means the Certified Product Statement and Icon published on the Energistics website associated with a particular named set of Energistics Standards. See Schedule A.

Examples of Certification Marks in a sentence

  • Your use of a Certification Mark signifies that you have agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in the License Agreement and that you will comply with the requirements in the Manual.You may only use the Certification Marks only with the above-referenced product or module.

  • If the Chief Boiler Inspector is qualified as an ASME Review Team Leader to conduct non-nuclear ASME Joint Reviews, the Chief Boiler Inspector shall conduct all required reviews after the initial review for renewal of the non- nuclear ASME Certification Marks.

Certification Marks means signs or combination of signs capable of designating any specific characteristic, including quality, origin or methods of production, of goods and services and which are used by other persons under the control of the owner of the mark.
