Certificate Amount definition

Certificate Amount means, with respect to any Certificate Holder as of any date of determination, the aggregate amount advanced by such Certificate Holder for the purchase of Certificates pursuant to Section 3.1 of the Participation Agreement, net of any distributions (other than distributions of Yield) with respect thereto.
Certificate Amount. On any date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Nonoverconcentration Certificate Amount on that date and (b) the Overconcentration Certificate Amount on that date.
Certificate Amount means, with respect to any Certificate Purchaser as of any date of determination, the amount advanced by such Certificate Purchaser for the purchase of Certificates pursuant to Section 2.1 of the Participation Agreement, net of any distributions (other than distributions of Yield) with respect thereto.
