Certain Transfers and Exchanges. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture, transfers and exchanges of Securities and beneficial interests in a Global Security shall be made only in accordance with this Section 3.6(b).
Certain Transfers and Exchanges. Trust Securities may only be transferred, in whole or in part, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Trust Agreement. Any transfer or purported transfer of any Trust Security not made in accordance with this Trust Agreement shall be null and void.

Subject to Section 5.04(c), but notwithstanding any other provision of this Trust Agreement, transfers and exchanges of Preferred Securities and beneficial interests in a Global Preferred Security shall be made only in accordance with this Section 5.05(b) and Section 5.04(c).

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Indenture or the Notes, transfers and exchanges of Notes and beneficial interests in a Global Note shall be made only in accordance with this subsection 305(b). Transfers and exchanges subject to this subsection 305(b) shall also be subject to the other provisions of this Indenture that are not inconsistent with this subsection 305(b).

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Trust Agreement or the Preferred Securities, transfers and exchanges of Preferred Securities and beneficial interests in a Global Certificate of the kinds specified in this Section 5.4(b) shall be made only in accordance with this Section 5.4(b).
