For programs that are housed in a Department or Centre, the Program Director reports to the Department Chair or the Centre Director and liaises with the Departmental or Centre Committee.
Claims for payment should be submitted by the Recipient to the Funds Manager and accompanied by a Payment Milestone Achievement Certificate (see Annex A), approved by the Centre Director and signed by the Administrative or Finance Officer of the Recipient.
Such termination shall be made only on receipt by the Funds Manager of the written consent of the Centre Director and the Funder and after the Funds Manager has given the Recipient full details of areas of performance to be remedied and a reasonable time, being no less than thirty (30) days, to remedy any such areas.
