Any Performer required to work at night in New York City and not dismissed by 9:30 p.m. will be provided transportation by Employer to Grand Central Station, Penn Station or the Port Authority Bus Terminal, unless such place of dismissal is within a zone bordered by 34th Street on the south, 59th Street on the north, and Third and Eight Avenues on the east and west, respectively.
