Central Servicer means Avis Finance Company Limited.

• At any time when the Senior Noteholder Commitment of any Senior Noteholder is increased or decreased in accordance with this Agreement, a new Senior Noteholder Fee Letter shall be entered into between such Senior Noteholder and the Issuer, setting out the updated Senior Noteholder Commitment, and a copy sent by the relevant Senior Noteholder to the Transaction Agent, the Issuer Cash Manager, the Central Servicer and the Issuer Security Trustee.
