Celgene may elect to self-insure all or parts of the limits described above.
To the extent that any grant of a sublicense by Celgene or any Sublicensees under an Applicable New In-License triggers a payment obligation under such Applicable New In-License, Bluebird will pay same and Celgene will reimburse Bluebird for [***] of such payment within thirty (30) days of receipt of Bluebird’s written invoice therefor.
