CEDR definition

CEDR means the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution;
CEDR the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution of International Dispute Resolution Centre, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇;
CEDR means the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution. Charges means the rates and charges set out in Schedule 2-3.

  • If the Parties cannot agree on a mediator, the mediator will be nominated by CEDR.
