CEB definition

CEB means Communauté Electrique du Bénin, an international public enterprise established and operating pursuant to the Accord Relatif à l’Institution d’un Code Daho-Togolais de l’Electricité et à la Création d’une Communauté Electrique du Bénin, between the Recipient and the Togolese Republic, dated July 27, 1968, (the CEB Treaty).
