CDSC definition
CDSC means with respect to any Fund, the contingent deferred sales charge payable, either directly or by withholding from the proceeds of the redemption of the Shares of such Fund, by the shareholders of such Fund on any redemption of Shares of such Fund in accordance with the Prospectus relating to such Fund.
CDSC means contingent deferred sales charge as described in further detail in Section 3 “Description of Share Classes” and Section 14 “Redemption of Shares” (under paragraph 14.3 “Redemption Charges”) in the Prospectus;

Examples of CDSC in a sentence
You hereby represent that if you hold Portfolio shares subject to a CDSC, you have the capability to track and account for such charge, and we reserve the right, at our discretion, to verify that capability by inspecting your tracking and accounting system or otherwise.
In the event this Agreement is terminated by the Fund, the General Distributor shall be entitled to be paid the CDSC under paragraph 3 hereof on the redemption proceeds of Shares sold prior to the effective date of such termination.
