C&D Waste definition

C&D Waste means wastes resulting from construction, remodeling, repair or demolition operations of structures and from road building.
C&D Waste means non-putrescible construction and demolition materials and as otherwise defined in Title 30, Chapter 330 of the Texas Administrative Code.
C&D Waste means non-putrescible construction and demolition debris materials, and as otherwise defined in Chapter 391-3-4 of the Rules of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division (“EPD”).

Examples of C&D Waste in a sentence

  • All putrescible and non-putrescible solid, semi-solid, and liquid wastes, and C&D Waste generated by a Commercial Premises, excluding Unacceptable Waste and other Excluded Materials.

  • The materials will be specified in sufficient detail to allow the use of the materials safely, based on precautionary information provided by the suppliers.

  • CONTRACTOR is encouraged to salvage or recycle at least 50% by weight of C&D Waste including brick, concrete, masonry, wood and scrap metal which are free from asbestos and/or hazardous materials.

C&D Waste means solid waste generated solely from the construction, remodeling, repair, or demolition operations on pavement and buildings or structures. C&D waste includes municipal
C&D Waste means solid waste resulting from construction, remodelling, repair, renovation or demolition of structures or from land clearing activities or trenching or de- silting activities. “Structures” for the purposes of this definition means buildings of all types (both residential and non-residential), utilities, infrastructure facilities and any other type of man-made structure. C&D Waste includes, but not limited to, bricks, concrete rubble and other masonry materials, soil, trees, any type of vegetation, rock, wood (including painted, treated and coated wood and wood products), land clearing debris, wall coverings, plaster, drywall, plumbing fixtures, non hazardous insulation, roofing, waterproofing material and other roof coverings, asphalt pavement, glass, plastics, paper, gypsum boards, electrical wiring and components containing no hazardous materials, pipes, steel, aluminium and other non-hazardous metals used in construction of Structures. Provided however C&D Waste shall not include (even if they result from construction, remodelling, repair, renovation or demolition of Structures or from land clearing activities) any hazardous waste as defined under the Hazardous Waste Management and Disposal Rules, 1999.
C&D Waste means Construction & Demolition waste (Debris) that are non- hazardous in nature generated out of building materials, debris and rubble resulting from repairing, construction, reconstruction operations;
C&D Waste means waste materials which arise from the construction or demolition of buildings and/or civil engineering infrastructure, including hard C&D waste and excavation waste, whether segregated or mixed;
C&D Waste means Construction and Demolition waste;
C&D Waste means construction and demolition waste limited to brick, asphalt, concrete, shingles, gypsum wallboard (drywall), steel, and wood (brush, lumber, logs, dimensional lumber, treated lumber and painted or stained lumber);
C&D Waste means solid waste generated solely from the construction, remodeling, repair, or demolition operations on pavement and buildings or structures. C&D waste includes municipal and industrial solid wastes that are identical to materials generated from the construction, remodeling, repair, or demolition operations on pavement and buildings or structures.
