No CCTS Related Party (A) owns any interest in any material asset used in the business of CCTS, (B) possesses, directly or indirectly, any material financial interest in, or is a director or executive officer of, any Person which is a material client, supplier, customer, lessor or lessee of CCTS or (C) owes any material amount to, or is owed material any amount by, CCTS.
