Actions taken under this provision will be at the option of CCPS.
In the event the resulting agreement is terminated, not renewed or naturally expires, the Contractor agrees that CCPS may provide written notice to the Contractor retaining the services for a month-to- month basis on the same terms and conditions set forth in the agreement.
The contractor, throughout the contract, must ensure that any firearm is properly maintained and all inspection records (including but not limited to operability, make, model, and serial number) are retained and submitted to CCPS by the 3rd of each month.
All firearms must be pre-approved by CCPS Safety C Security Department and the Collier County Sheriff’s Department.
Furthermore, CCPS reserves the right to enter into purchase agreements for these commodities/services based on awards made by the State of Florida, other governmental entities, other CCPS awards or contracts available through national purchasing alliances.
