CCAA Plan definition

CCAA Plan means the Canadian Debtorsplan of reorganization and compromise pursuant to the provisions of the CCAA and Section 191 of the CBCA, as it may be amended, varied, or supplemented by the Company from time to time in accordance with its terms, that was filed on May 4, 2010, as amended on May 24, 2010.
CCAA Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.18 hereof.
CCAA Plan. , or “Plan”, means the Court-Appointed Mediator’s and Monitor’s plan of compromise and arrangement pursuant to the CCAA concerning, affecting and involving Imperial dated October 17, 2024 (as may be amended in accordance with its terms or by further order of the CCAA Court), including all Schedules thereto.

  • All conditions to implementation of the CCAA Plan shall have been satisfied or waived in accordance with the CCAA Plan and the CCAA Plan shall have been implemented in accordance with its terms.
