CATV System definition

CATV System any cable distribution system owned or acquired by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries which receives audio, video, digital, other broadcast signals or information or telecommunications by cable, optical, antennae, microwave or satellite transmission and which amplifies and transmits such signals to customers of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.
CATV System means any cable distribution system that receives broadcast signals by antennae, microwave transmission, satellite transmission or any other form of transmission and that amplifies such signals and distributes them to Persons who pay to receive such signals, but shall exclude wireless cable.
CATV System means a complete CATV reception and distribution system consisting of one or more head-ends, trunk cable, subscriber drops and associated electronic equipment, which is, or is capable of being, operated as an independent system without interconnections to other systems.
