Casino Operating Contract definition

Casino Operating Contract means the Amended and Renegotiated Casino Operating Contract between Xxxxxx'x Jazz Company, the Company and the State of Louisiana by and through the Louisiana Gaming Control Board, dated as of October 30, 1998, as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
