Cashflow definition

Cashflow has the meaning given to that term in Clause 22.1 (Financial definitions).

Examples of Cashflow in a sentence

  • Any Remaining Excess Spread together with any Overcollateralization Release Amount will be applied as Excess Cashflow and distributed pursuant to clauses (3)(A) through (H) below.

  • Any Principal Distribution Amount remaining on any Distribution Date after the Target Amount is achieved will be applied as part of Monthly Excess Cashflow for such Distribution Date as provided in subsection (d) of this Section.

  • Any Principal Distribution Amount remaining undistributed after giving effect to clauses (A) and (B) above shall be used in determining the amount of Net Monthly Excess Cashflow, if any, for such Distribution Date.

  • Excess Proceeds, if any, from the liquidation of a Liquidated Mortgage Loan will be part of Monthly Excess Cashflow.

  • Any Principal Distribution Amount remaining undistributed after giving effect to clauses (A) through (F) above shall be used in determining the amount of Net Monthly Excess Cashflow, if any, for such Distribution Date.
