Cash Unit definition

Cash Unit means the entry in a Deferred Compensation Account of a credit equal to One Dollar ($1.00).
Cash Unit means a general, unsecured obligation of the Company to pay cash to a Participant pursuant to an Award recorded by the Company as a bookkeeping entry.
Cash Unit means a Unit other than a CPF Unit.

More Definitions of Cash Unit

Cash Unit means a Deferred Amount and any interest carried over for the deferral period, which shall be credited with interest, as set forth in Section 5, during the period of deferral.
