Cash Security Deposit definition

Cash Security Deposit means an amount required to be paid by an Obligor to an LDC pursuant to a Collection Service Agreement following the occurrence of an event of default thereunder, in respect of amounts owing by such Obligor to such LDC pursuant to such Collection Service Agreement.
Cash Security Deposit means the portion of the Security Deposit paid in cash in the amounts in Appendix 2B.
Cash Security Deposit means Cash Security Deposit as defined in. clause 8.15.3;

  • Landlord shall hold the Cash Security Deposit and/or the balance of proceeds remaining after a draw on the Letter of Credit (each hereinafter referred to as the “Security Deposit”) as security for Tenant’s performance of all its Lease obligations.
