Cash Security definition

Cash Security means all cash, instruments, Deposit Accounts and other cash equivalents, whether matured or unmatured, whether collected or in the process of collection, upon which a Company presently has or may hereafter have any claim, wherever located, including but not limited to any of the foregoing that are presently or may hereafter be existing or maintained with, issued by, drawn upon, or in the possession of Agent or any Lender.

Cash Security means all cash, instruments, Deposit Accounts, Securities Accounts and cash equivalents, in each case whether matured or unmatured, whether collected or in the process of collection, upon which a Credit Party presently has or may hereafter have any claim or interest, wherever located, including but not limited to any of the foregoing that are presently or may hereafter be existing or maintained with, issued by, drawn upon, or in the possession of the Administrative Agent or any Lender.

Examples of Cash Security in a sentence

  • Landlord shall hold the Cash Security Deposit and/or the balance of proceeds remaining after a draw on the Letter of Credit (each hereinafter referred to as the “Security Deposit”) as security for Tenant’s performance of all its Lease obligations.

  • Tenant agrees that it will not assign, mortgage or encumber, or attempt to assign, mortgage or encumber, the Letter of Credit or any Cash Security held by Owner under this Lease, and that neither Owner nor its successors or assigns shall be bound by any such assignment, mortgage, encumbrance, attempted assignment, attempted mortgage or attempted encumbrance.
