Cash Interest shall be payable monthly in advance on the first day of each month during the Interest Only Period and monthly in arrears following the Interest Only Period, and principal shall be payable monthly on the first day of each month.
The Interim Payment shall accrue at the daily equivalent of the Cash Interest rate applicable to the relevant Tranche and shall be due and payable in advance on the Drawdown Date.
If the Issuer fails to pay any amount payable by it under this Article 5 on its due date, the Issuer shall pay to the Holders forthwith on demand, interest on such sum (compounded on an annual basis) from the due date to the date of actual payment (as well after as before judgment) at a rate equal to the applicable Cash Interest plus five percent (5%) per annum during the period of non-payment.
