Cash Flow Documents definition
Cash Flow Documents means the Cash Flow Credit Agreement and any other Credit Document (as defined in the Cash Flow Credit Agreement).
Cash Flow Documents means collectively, this Indenture, the Notes, the ABL/Cash Flow Intercreditor Agreement and the documents governing the Notes and other Additional Cash Flow Obligations and the Security Documents related to the foregoing.
Cash Flow Documents means the Cash Flow Credit Agreement, the Cash Flow Guarantees, the Cash Flow Collateral Documents, any Bank Products Agreements between any Cash Flow Credit Party and any Cash Flow Bank Products Affiliate or any Cash Flow Bank Products Provider, any Hedging Agreements between any Cash Flow Credit Party and any Cash Flow Hedging Affiliate or any Cash Flow Hedging Provider, and those other ancillary agreements as to which the Cash Flow Agent or any Cash Flow Credit Agreement Lender is a party or a beneficiary and all other agreements, instruments, documents and certificates, now or hereafter executed by or on behalf of any Cash Flow Credit Party or any of its respective Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and delivered to the Cash Flow Agent, in connection with any of the foregoing or any Cash Flow Credit Agreement, in each case as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time.

The Cash Flow Agent represents and warrants to each other Agent that it has the requisite power and authority under the Cash Flow Documents to enter into, execute, deliver, and carry out the terms of this Agreement on behalf of itself and the Cash Flow Secured Parties.
The Trustee shall not be responsible for and makes no representation as to the validity or adequacy of this Indenture, the Guarantees, the Notes or the other Cash Flow Documents, it shall not be accountable for the Company’s use of the proceeds from the Notes, and it shall not be responsible for any statement of the Company or any Guarantor in this Indenture or in any document issued in connection with the sale of the Notes or in the Notes other than the Trustee’s certificate of authentication.
The [Cash Flow] Agent and the [Cash Flow] Secured Parties shall be entitled to manage and supervise their loans and extensions of credit under the [Cash Flow] Documents as they may, in their sole discretion, deem appropriate, and may manage their loans and extensions of credit without regard to any rights or interests that the ABL Agent or any ABL Secured Party has in the Collateral, except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Agreement.
The [Cash Flow] Agent represents and warrants to the ABL Agent and any Additional Agent that it has the requisite power and authority under the [Cash Flow] Documents to enter into, execute, deliver, and carry out the terms of this Agreement on behalf of itself and the [Cash Flow] Secured Parties.
The parties hereto acknowledge that the terms of this Agreement are not intended to negate any specific rights granted to, or obligations of, the Company or any other Credit Party in the [Cash Flow] Documents, the ABL Documents or any Additional Documents.

Cash Flow Documents means collectively, this Indenture, the Notes, the Security Documents, the ABL/Cash Flow Intercreditor Agreement, the Junior Priority Intercreditor Agreement (if any) and the documents governing the Notes and other Additional Cash Flow Obligations and the security documents related to the foregoing.
Cash Flow Documents means the [Cash Flow] Credit Agreement, the [Cash Flow] Guarantees, the [Cash Flow] Collateral Documents, any Bank Products Agreements between any [Cash Flow] Credit Party and any [Cash Flow] Bank Products Affiliate or any [Cash Flow] Bank Products Provider, any Hedging Agreements between any [Cash Flow] Credit Party and any [Cash Flow] Hedging Affiliate or any [Cash Flow] Hedging Provider, and those other ancillary agreements as to which the [Cash Flow] Agent or any [Cash Flow] Secured Party is a party or a beneficiary and all other agreements, instruments, documents and certificates, now or hereafter executed by or on behalf of any [Cash Flow] Credit Party or any of its respective Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and delivered to the [Cash Flow] Agent, in connection with any of the foregoing or any [Cash Flow] Credit Agreement, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time.
Cash Flow Documents means any Cash Flow Credit Agreement, the Cash Flow Guaranty, the Cash Flow Collateral Documents, all documents evidencing Cash Flow Obligations, those other ancillary agreements as to which any Cash Flow Secured Party is a party or a beneficiary and all other agreements, instruments, documents and certificates, now or hereafter executed by or on behalf of any Cash Flow Credit Party or any of its respective Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and delivered to the Cash Flow Agent, in connection with any of the foregoing or any Cash Flow Credit Agreement, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated, amended and restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
Cash Flow Documents means the Cash Flow Credit Agreement, the Cash Flow Guarantees, the Cash Flow Collateral Documents, any Bank Product Agreements between any Cash Flow Credit Party and any Cash Flow Bank Products Affiliate, any Specified Bank Products Agreement, any Hedging Agreements between any Cash Flow Credit Party and any Cash Flow Lender, the THD Guarantee, those other ancillary agreements as to which the Cash Flow Agent or any Cash Flow Lender is a party or a beneficiary and all other agreements, instruments, documents and certificates, now or hereafter executed by or on behalf of any Cash Flow Credit Party or any of its respective Subsidiaries or Affiliates, and delivered to the Cash Flow Agent, in connection with any of the foregoing or the Cash Flow Credit Agreement, in each case as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Cash Flow Documents means, collectively, the Notes Documents and each of the other agreements, documents and instruments providing for or evidencing any other Cash Flow Obligations, and any other document or instrument executed or delivered at any time in connection with any Cash Flow Obligations, to the extent such are effective at the relevant time, in each case, as each may be amended, restated, supplemented, modified, renewed, extended or refinanced in whole or in part from time to time, and any other credit agreement, indenture or other agreement document or instrument evidencing governing, relating to or securing any Cash Flow Obligations.
Cash Flow Documents means the Cash Flow Agreement, the Cash Flow Security Documents and all other loan documents, notes, guarantees, instruments and agreements governing or evidencing any Cash Flow Substitute Facility.
