Cash Election definition
Cash Election shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.2.

Examples of Cash Election in a sentence
Each Holder may specify in a request made in accordance with the provisions of this Section 3.2(a) (herein called an “Election”) (x) the number of shares of 1st Colonial Common Stock owned by such Holder with respect to which such Holder desires to make a Stock Election and (y) the number of shares of 1st Colonial Common Stock owned by such Holder with respect to which such Holder desires to make a Cash Election.
More Definitions of Cash Election
Cash Election means an election by the Company to redeem Units for cash pursuant to Section 3.6(d) or an election by PubCo (or such designated member(s) of the PubCo Holdings Group) to purchase Units for cash pursuant to an exercise of its Call Right set forth in Section 3.6(n).
Cash Election shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.7(a).
