Cash Assets definition

Cash Assets means any cash on hand, cash in bank or other accounts, readily marketable securities, and other cash-equivalent liquid assets of any nature.
Cash Assets means any cash on deposit in, and Liquid Investments held in, the Cash Assets Account.
Cash Assets means, as of any date of determination, unrestricted cash and marketable securities of the Combined Parties.

Cash Assets means cash on hand and funds in a checking or savings account.
