The Settlement is not conditioned upon the Court’s approval of attorneys’ fees or the reimbursement of expenses/costs sought by Class Counsel, the Case Contribution Awards sought by the Named Plaintiffs, or any appeals solely related thereto.
In addition, the Named Plaintiffs will ask the Court to award up to $10,000 to each of the Named Plaintiffs as Case Contribution Awards for their participation in the Action and representation of the Settlement Class.
