Carry-Forward Amount definition

Carry-Forward Amount. With respect to any Class of the Class A Certificates for any Distribution Date, the sum of (x) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Class A Distribution Amount allocable to such Class as of the immediately preceding Distribution Date exceeded (ii) the amount of the actual distribution made to the Owners of such Class of the Class A Certificates on such immediately preceding Distribution Date plus (y) 30 days' interest on such amount at the Pass-Through Rate in effect with respect to such Class of Class A Certificates.
Carry-Forward Amount. As of any Distribution Date, the sum of (a) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Class A-2 Formula Distribution Amount as of the immediately preceding Distribution Date exceeded (ii) the Class A-2 Distribution Amount on such immediately preceding Distribution Date and (b) 30 days' interest on the amount described in clause (a), calculated at an interest rate equal to the Class A-2 Pass-Through Rate applicable to such Distribution Date.
Carry-Forward Amount. The sum of (x) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Current Interest for the immediately preceding Payment Date exceeded (ii) the amount of the actual distribution made to the Owners on such immediately preceding Payment Date pursuant to Section 3.03(b)(iv)(B) hereof plus (y) 30 days' interest on such excess at the Note Rate.

More Definitions of Carry-Forward Amount

Carry-Forward Amount means amount of (i) any Budgeted Disbursements not expended in a given Testing Period or (ii) any Actual Cash Receipts exceeding Budgeted Cash Receipts, each of which shall carry forward into, and be available for use in, future Testing Periods.

As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the lesser of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class M-1 Margin and (2) the Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date.
