If the United States Congress extends the deadline for the expenditure of funds under the CARES Act, Florida Housing may extend the term of this Agreement by written notice to the Grantee for a period of up to six months, provided Florida Housing gives the Grantee a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least 30 days before the Agreement expires.
The Borrower is not a “covered entity” as defined in Section 4019 of the CARES Act.
