Card Brands definition

Card Brands means (i) Visa; (ii) Mastercard; (iii) American Express; (iv) Discover Network; (v) Diners Club International Ltd.; (vi) JCB International Co., Ltd.; (vii) China UnionPay Co., Ltd; and (viii) any other organization or association that hereafter contracts with Elavon to authorize, capture, and settle Transactions effected with Credit Cards issued or sponsored by such organization or association, and any successor organization or association to any of the foregoing.
Card Brands means Visa, Mastercard, ATM or Debit Networks, and the other financial service Card organizations.
Card Brands means Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Voyager or any other Card Issuers that provide Approved Cards that are accepted by You by agreement with the Bank.

  • Processor may modify the Fees at any time upon notice to Merchant to pass through to Merchant any increase in the Fees charged to Processor by the Card Brands, Bank, or other third parties or as the result of Merchant submitting transactions for goods or services or using methods not set forth on the Merchant Application.

  • Merchant shall properly display all signs and static advertisement required to be displayed by the applicable Card Brands.

  • Merchant shall display the Card Brand marks and promotional materials required by the Card Brands or provided by Processor in accordance with the Rules and Policies.

Merchant and Transactions to American Express, and that American Express may use such information: (i) to perform its responsibilities in connection with American Express Card Acceptance; (ii) to promote American Express and the American Express network; (iii) to perform analytics and create reports; and (iv) for any other lawful business purposes, including commercial marketing communications purposes within the parameters of American Express Card Acceptance, and important transactional or relationship communications from American Express. American Express may use the information about Merchant obtained in this Agreement at the time of setup to screen and/or monitor Merchant in connection with American Express marketing and administrative purposes. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees it may receive messages from American Express, including important information about American Express products, services, and resources available to its business. These messages may be sent to the mailing address, phone numbers, email addresses or fax numbers of Merchant. Merchant may be contacted at its wireless telephone number and the communications sent may include autodialed short message service (SMS or "text") messages or automated or prerecorded calls. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that it may be sent fax communications.
