Capital Increase definition

Capital Increase shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.1.
Capital Increase means the newly registered capital increase and investment in the Object Company by the Transferee in the amount of RMB 250,000,000 upon the Transferee’s acceptance of the Object Equity Interest.

  • As a consequence, if no Turnover Objection Notice is served within such term, then the Target Turnover shall be deemed to have been definitively achieved, and the Investor shall proceed with the subscription and full payment of the Second Tranche of the Capital Increase within the following 10 (ten) Business Days.

Capital Increase shall have the meaning assigned to it in the recitals hereof.
